Jay-Z & Kayne West have done it again the third single off Watch the Throne. The hip-hop duo does not appear in the Romain Gavras-directed clip, which was shot in Prague. The citizens rise up against the government, engaging in a violent battle that destroys the city. Watch them declare war.
